Study On The Strategy Of Designing Leisure Building Skin

Designers are exploring the variety way, trying to explain their understanding of architecture as the design market evolving. Architecture surface as the image of the most intuitive expression has become the main points of the design. This paper attempts to analysis the many factors in how they influence and guide the architecture surface design in the trials and exploration of design, and how the factors play a role in the coordination, compromises and formation.With the tourism industry continues to heat up, China’s tourism industry entered the high-speed development stage, thus leading to the tourism estate boom. As the rising levels of income of residents, more and more people change their way of tourism, pursuing the relation of soul and exploration, leisure tourism is becoming hot. However, leisure buildings providing the variety experience are not ready yet, to some extent. Exploration and research is far from enough. This paper mainly for leisure resort construction in its particularity and image demand, and how to meet the characteristics of the highlight, and to fully explore the construction of the leisure resort site, culture context, technical requirements etc. conditions, combined with the characteristics of the times and cultural needs, explore suitable techniques and design language from the strategy that architectural surface generated in design process.The specific content of the thesis is organized as follows below:Firstly, leisure architecture was studied and compared with summary of the existing theory and practice of the case, to tease out the base of the existing cultural atmosphere and technology under the conditions of contemporary leisure resort construction methods, and points out the certain theoretical and practical significance of pioneering and innovation of research for design strategy of the architecture surface. Combined with the conditions and cultural environment of the project, using the research results to solve problems, and design a certain exploratory spa resort.
