With the social development, massive construction projects, building energy consumption is increasing, along with the waste generated is a serious threat to the survival of the human environment. United States, Japan, South Korea and other advanced countries have been committed to the development of new energy-saving green buildings. In recent years, China is also the field of green energy-saving building research began to rise, green prefabricated concrete buildings, industrial buildings, housing industry is the construction sector is popularation.In 1985, China began one after another issued a series of building energy efficiency standards, the response strategy of sustainable development, green energy-saving building more and more attention. In recent years, provinces, Beijing, Shanghai, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other stars begin green building standards, by improving building envelope thermal insulation properties is an important aspect of judging a green energy efficient building. Therefore, the development of new green energy-saving wall has become a trend in the development of green energy-saving building. The main outcome of the development of new wall composite wall is generated in the process. Most of the successful development of new wall and cannot promote the use, mainly due to the high cost, poor durability factor. Want to extend the trial of new wall, it is necessary to preserve the existing traditional strengths do not change, but also to solve the negative factors restricting its development. New wall of concrete sandwich wall insulation is not only the fire and thermal insulation performance, and can be pre-production, compliance with building industrialization, the industrialization of this characteristic. But still there are the following issues that limit its development:1, thick, self-important; 2, the temperature difference between inside and outside wall easily lead to internal and external imbalances and thus deform cracks; 3, life is short, not up to building a consistent body of life. Research for the above problems, a novel composite sandwich panels. The glass beads and calcined diatomaceous earth applied to the composite sandwich wall panels in reducing its own weight and improve thermal performance while enhancing frost resistance, reduced shrinkage and thermal expansion properties, reduce the deformation due to temperature and other durable issues. To this end, Mainly studied aspects are as follows:(1) Adjust the mix ratio. In the case of the amount of glass beads for 80%-130% and diatomite dosage is 0% and 3%, study for the compressive strength, thermal conductivity, shrinkage, freezing and thawing circulation and coefficient of thermal expansion of glass beads of recycled concrete. Experiments show that With the dosage of glazed hollow bead from 80% to 130% increase, the bulk density and compressive strength of concrete will be reduced, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient will also be significantly reduced, but it is disadvantageous to the freezing and thawing cycles and anti shrinkage property of concrete; with the glass beads of recycled concrete mixed with 3% diatomite, the compressive strength of concrete will be increased, the compressive strength of 28 days will be increased by 10.7% compared with that of the concrete without the addition of diatomite, The thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient will be increased, the freezing and thawing cycles will be beneficial to the concrete, but there is no obvious effect on the shrinkage resistance of concrete.((2) Optimum design of wallboard. In order to meet the local energy saving 65% of Jilin Province, this paper makes a comparison and analysis of the 4 kinds of wall panels by using ANASYS finite element simulation software and thermal calculation method. And the results show that the thermal performance of the glass beads of recycled composite sandwich wallboard will be much better than that of general sandwich panels in theoretical calculations; and the results of simulation and analysis through ANASYS software and the theoretical results are close to each other.(3)Study on temperature deformation of wallboard. Study the inner and outer protective layer deformation of glass beads of recycled composite sandwich wallboard and Common sandwich wallboard at different temperatures for using the finite element software ANASYS. The analysis results show that the glass beads of regeneration temperature deformation for concrete have a good inhibition. At the same effect extreme temperatures in January, the amount of deformation of the outer wall Ⅱ blades only 67.9%~68.1% outside the wall IV leaf plate deformation; and the amount of deformation within the wallboard panels II blades just as 59% to 60% within the wall IV leaf plate deformation. The amount of displacement and deformation of composite sandwich panels of the outer wall reaches a leaf deformation amount of displacement of the inner wall of leaves from 5.8 to 5.7 times, which could pay worthy of concern and attention.
