In today’s society, the scarcity of resources, environmental pollution is serious, theresearch and development of the new energy-saving residential system is very necessaryand meaningful. In this paper, we study the main performance of the new sandwichinsulation composite wall plate, which has excellent performance of insulation,load-bearing function together. The major contributions of the work presented in this thesisare listed as follows:First of all, in this paper we take the test of two specimens’ monotony static loadbending, get the sandwich plate deflection curve, the ultimate bearing capacity and otherproperties of plate. Then using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze thefull size of bending sandwich plate by nonlinear finite element model. Each specimen testresults and finite element analysis results are compared and analyzed, and the results showthat QB sandwich insulation composite wallboard has good flexural bearing capacity.Secondly, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the full sizecompression sandwich insulation composite wallboard by nonlinear finite element model.Research sandwich wall axial compression and other mechanical properties analysis showsthat the compression performance of the sandwich insulation panels is good, through thelatticed reinforced connections between the inner and outer leaf wall panels work welltogether.Finally, Taking a lot of thermal calculations to the new sandwich insulation compositewallboard in different internal and external leaf panel thickness, different thermalinsulation layer thickness, different reinforcement ratio and different thermal insulationmaterial, it is concluded that some meaningful conclusions. At the same time we alsocarried out thermal performance test of the QB1specimen wallboard, research theinsulation properties of the wallboard, and with finite element analysis results contrastanalysis shows that the wallboard insulation performance is good, meeting the stateregulations of building energy-saving insulation requirements.
