| Overload problem has been a difficult problem to solve, how to effectively control and reduce such problems is a hot topic in recent years. To solve the problem of overloading, technology governance is the key to this problem.First of all, this paper describes the research status at domestic and overseas, and expounds some measures and effects of the countermeasures, summarizes the problems and causes of the overloading of the highway. In order to realize the ultimate purpose of technology governance, divided into two parts, the first step is to design the overload control system, the system needs to collect relevant data on the underlying system acquisition equipment to standard, and research the key technology of data matching the rule over the bayonet, the integration of multiple data sources of data all kinds of information, and upload the data to the overrun detection rule over the data center, at the same time, in order to make the system integration of a large number of data on the transmission and processing of multi-dimensional data, access to data overload overload site acquisition, will be transferred to the provincial super data center, and then by the provincial data center to rule over the Ministry of transport data transmission the center, to accumulate data for subsequent decision analysis in the horizontal transmission dimension, due to the complexity of managing overloading, needs to police-road management-transport management data shared between the three departments, in order to measures to make up for the blank of the part of the data; the second step, by the aforementioned received large amounts of data, using index smoothing method, ant colony algorithm and hierarchical analysis method was used to predict the overloading of route and area, the construction for overloading of the decision analysis model, provide scientific reference basis for decision makers, finally through the development of related software to achieve the above algorithm. It is proved that the validity and feasibility of the model of decision analysis. |
