Recent years, The urban rainstorm water logging disaster is becoming more prominent,which become a research focus in various fields.In order to enhance the understanding for the form of waterlogging and course of drown, and reflect the pipeline hydraulic condition and node overflow and inproving the drainage system management, thus do some research about prevention and control of waterlogging, this thesis came up with digital information method to study waterlogging analysis and control which based on hydraulic drainage system model.At first, the thesis came up with method to build network basic data standardization that based on Geodatabase’s data management capability, which is beneficial to data updating and administration. It elaborated the basic principle of model, then concrete practical method for modeling, including data import, watershed division, selection of model parameters details and scenario simulation design analysis.Then, the thesis explore model checking method system. The partical sensitivity analysis is done for the preliminary check that is based on runoff coefficient and rain water events, which can further analysis of very few parameters and establish suitable model parameter set. And prosed creatively medel parameter check’s standard in both Guidelines for Sewer Network Hydraulic Model Build and Verification and Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient method. It is concluded that one of observation point’s NS equal to 0.642, which is lower than standard in 0.7, the other four observation points can match preferably, although existing deviations in individual.Finally do the research about urban waterlogging analysis and control in checked model with waterlogging prevention in Wuhan. Seting different rainfall scenes analyze the limit capacity of pipeline, the flow of into pump station, the duration of high water level of river and lake. And using model assessment divide the risk area, results showed low risk zone, medium risk zone and high risk zone are respectively in 18.02%,0.02%,0.03%. according to the analysis of the state of the area and identificate the bottleneck of pipeline, Using hydraulic model analysis the best solution in the two area in medium risk zone and high risk zone respectively and a better solution of sluice and pump. Result shows that LID can relieve the waterlogging in the area of medirum risk zone and not in the area of high risk zone; when the rainfall intensity is greater, it can reduce the inundation time by dropping the preliminary working water level of pump in LJG to 17.5m and combined sluice’s effective close and open.
