| With the rapid development of civil aviation of China, Especially when the airlines fleet and operation rang had expended, the safety of airlines operating faces a big challenge. Currently, The ACARS (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System) packet data is widely used to monitor aircraft condition, but the data volume of ACARS packet is limited and the time interval between ACARS packets is long, So it can not satisfy the requirement of Real-time, Continuous and Comprehensive aircraft condition monitoring. Based on the low latency and high bandwidth air to ground broadband communication system, using the data from it, this paper designs and implements the real-time condition monitoring ground display platform for MA600.This paper taking the MA600 aircraft as the research object, determining the ground monitoring content of MA600 real-time condition monitoring by analyzing the content and the source of ATG broadband communication system data from MA600; Using the Virtual Instrument Simulation technology to graphically simulate the messages and crew alerting information on PFD and EICAS panel, reproducing the display efforts of the performance parameters.This paper introduced the factors of cruise steady-state for PW127J, Which is mounted at MA600 and the data requirement for PW127J engine condition monitoring and trend analysis. After those, creating the parameters collecting and saving model for cruise steady-state. This model can determine whether the engine is in cruise steady-state or not and automatically collect and save the data of some parameters, laid the foundation of engine condition monitoring and trend analysis.In this paper, implementing the automatically judging of crew alert and the rapidly displaying of the procedures for alerts, based on the original alerting level, the crew alerting information were classified as None limited, Take-off limited, Landing limited and Both limited; The alerting assistant procedures were created on the basis of MA600 QRH(Quick Reference Handbook) and AFM/FCOM(Airplane Flight Manual/Flight Crew Operating Manual); Building the crew alerting assistance model which can judge the phase of flight and the alerting level, control the alerting information displaying and provide the assistant procedures according to the alerting message.Lastly, this paper achieved a working software which can be applied to real-time condition monitoring for MA600. VC++6.0 is the developing environment of the software. Through the Google Earth COM API, The aircrafts were positioned and watched on the 3D map platform. The virtual PFD and EICAS which were used in the performance parameter visualization were integrated into the software as the AxtiveX. With the help of cruise steady-state parameters collecting and saving model for PW127J, some parameters were collected and saved, and Alerting assistant produces were provided automatically by the crew alerting assistance model. As an important exploration of the ATG broadband technology, the real-time condition monitoring system for MA600 went through the testing and basically met the requirement of real-time condition monitoring. |
