At present the development of new energy vehicles in China is in a new period and blade electric vehicles with its advantages of zero emissions has been gradually accepted, but now blade electric vehicles exist high price, short range, the bad vehicle speed and stability, the shortcomings of braking energy waste, high voltage level, so it still has considerable obstacles in the process of popularization.Drive control system includes power supply, drive motor and its speed control device, drive control as the key technology in electric cars, its quality directly affects the overall performance of electric cars.The goal of this topic is to increase the range of blade electric vehicles, putting forward the double battery pack drive control system for power supply.Designed double battery power solutions, from the structure, working principle, mathematical model, regenerative braking of vehicle analyze permanent magnet brushless dc motor, and design the system hardware and software part, and use MATLAB simulation and experimental verification to identify the system.First of all, from the power supply voltage level is too high, severe group effect, poor redundancy angles, double 48 v battery power supply scheme is put forward. In the vehicle power battery parameters such as current, voltage, temperature, under the dynamic change of battery SOC estimation is proposed modified empirical formula solved complicated and the problem of low precision of the conventional SOC estimation method.Secondly, on the basis of SOC estimation, put forward the double batteries in electric and braking mode of the intelligent control strategy solved the power supply and braking energy loss and in the process of recycling.Then, from the perspective of the smoothness of brushless dc motor speed control design of the PI adjusting the current inner ring and speed outer ring of the double closed loop control method.Finally using MATLAB to complete the simulation analysis of the control system of brushless dc motor drive, finish the adjustment of the physical experiment platform, from the simulation and the real debugging proves the reliability and practicability of the system.
