The spinning forming technology is a kind of plastic forming technology which integrated extrusion, stretching, bending, rolling, and other of forming method. Synchronous revolving ring spinning technology as a new type of spinning forming technology, based on increase adaptive tension, It has solved the defects such as material uplift, wrinkling and instability in the process of spinning large pieces of Thin-walled cylindrical parts.Based on the principle of synchronous mode ring spinning technology, Aimed at the processing requirement of space large cylindrical part, This paper designed the over-long and over-load longitude feed driving mechanism of Large power spinning machine. This paper mainly focuses on the following contents:(1) Based on the principle of synchronous mode ring spinning technology, This paper designed the overall layout of the large spinning machine, selected and arranged the longitudinal feed mechanism of the large spinning machine.(2) According to the selected structure of feed mechanism, analyzed the influence factors of stress and deformation. provided theoretical reference for calculation and selection of the core parameters of feed mechanism in the following articles. And checked the designed calculation of the feeding mechanism, it was proved that the designed feeding mechanism meets the requirement. At the same time, the paper also designed and calculated the other key parts of the longitudinal feed system.(3) The vibration model of driving system was established in this paper. The deformation of the vibration of the system are analyzed in theory. The finite element model of driving mechanism was established, by using the finite element analysis software(ANSYS workbench) the modal of driving system was analyzed. It provided the necessary technical support for the design of driving system.(4) The finite element analysis model of driving mechanism was established, with the help of finite element analysis software, the deformation and stress distribution of driving mechanism under the maximum working load was analyzed, and the characteristics of the stress and deformation were analyzed.
