Research On College Graduates Living Wills Under The Background Of Urban Village Reconstruction

As a significant way of urbanization, the reconstruction of the village is important for breaking the urban-rural dual structure and promoting all-round harmony of the city. In Zhengzhou, the reconstruction of the village already was near the end after more than ten years and will become history. On the one hand, it means the development of Zhengzhou is embarking a new stage, on the other hand, it means more difficulties for the graduates to decide where to go. Under the pressure of growing urban living and rentals cost, the graduates are easily to get into trouble because of the lack of resources. It has been taken for several years in China, lots of scholars have researched on it with completely neglecting the benefits of the graduates. There is no doubt that the graduates have contributed to the development of the city, so it is necessary for us to pay attention to this group.This article is trying to investigating the influence of village reconstruction to the graduates inside by questionnaire and interview under the background of the reconstruction’s overcoming and the theoretical framework includes structural constraints and rational choices. It talk about the difficulties the graduates met during the process and the way structural constraints influence their decides of living. In the end, according to the result of study, this paper suggests some reasonable countermeasure to resolve this problem during retaining talent and promoting urban sustainable development.
