Research On The Key Technology Of Underground Continuous Wall Construction

In this paper, the basic theory of diaphragm wall, combined with a city People’s Procuratorate office building diaphragm wall concrete construction cases, technical detail of the construction of diaphragm walls done in-depth research, including construction equipment, construction method, construction and management, operation and construction quality control of the construction process. Analysis and construction process prone to problems, find the source and cause of the problem, propose effective solutions for different reasons. Further analysis of the "Combo" and "triple play" underground diaphragm wall features, and ultra-deep underground continuous wall construction made a technical and economic analysis. Innovation of this paper is as follows:(1) From the point of office building underground continuous wall actual project cases, used for three wall and underground continuous wall, under the condition of the underground structure and waterproof, can fully meet the supporting, bearing, structure wall three requirements of the wall. In terms of construction, when the bottom wall provided at the appropriate impermeable soil, rainfall can greatly reduce the construction cost, short construction period, ergonomics fast, greatly reduce the construction cost of underground works, and make full use of floor space.(2) Underground continuous wall as a structural wall is the key to the success of preventing the leakage of underground continuous wall, the key is to solve the leaking joints diaphragm wall groove between segments. Therefore, the appropriate choice of the form of the joint at the same time, when the leakage prevention wall construction joints in the design, select the appropriate waterproofing underground structure construction, is to ensure a continuous underground wall for three wall-one warranty.(3) With the constant improvement of the underground continuous wall construction technology, the continuous improvement of construction machinery, the application range of the underground continuous wall is more and more widely, more and more wide prospect of market.
