Air conditioners system with GSHP was closely related to the people’s lives and industrial development. But irrationally using of air conditioners and lacking of appropriate diagnostic measures for energy saving, would cause wasting energy, thus saving diagnosis of air conditioners with GSHP had very important significance. This paper systematically studied the structural characteristics and working principle of air conditioners with GSHP, and carried out fault analysis of energy consumption to establish a diagnostic model,and developed energy-efficient diagnostic system of air conditioners with GSHP, which provided a theoretical basis and analysis tools for energy-saving diagnosis. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the paper studied the basic structure of the air conditioners system with GSHP and basic principles, we briefly described the work flow of air conditioners system with GSHP, and cleared the relationship between the modules conditioners system, In order to facilitate fault analysis of energy consumption, the air conditioners systems would be further divided into the heat pump, ground-source side water systems, the load side water systems and wind systems,and clarified composition structure of each part.Secondly, according to the module of air conditioners system with GSHP, based on working principle of the module, the paper made energy consumption analysis for each module. By using the existing energy consumption model and analysis method, the influence factors of energy consumption were determined. According to the relevant literature and historical experience, the fault description and analysis of each module was carried out.Again, through the air conditioners fault analysis of energy consumption, we established diagnosis model. Our thoughts were from the global to the local, by dynamically matching ratio to avoid the impact of quality. Then we used energy consumption matching ratio to judge the condition of energy consumption of equipment. Combining with eigenvalue method, by collecting the related data of energy consumption, we calculated characteristic value of fault, and then diagnosed the fault of energy consumption. By TRNSYS simulating the air conditioners system of a company verified saving diagnostic methods, and the results showed that this method could diagnosed fault of energy consumption of the air conditioners system with GSHP.Finally, we designed energy saving diagnosis system of the air conditioners system with GSHP, including the design of overall system and WEB application framework, which laid the foundation for the application of energy-saving diagnostic methods.
