Urban road is more and more intensive in the process of city construction, All kinds of urban elevated overpass bridge has become complicated, and with the surge of traffic, the probability of vehicle impacting bridge piers greatly increases. besides casualties and enormous direct economic losses, the indirect economic losses and social influence is difficult to measure in those serious accident, So for the pier protective work is imminent.This thesis design a flexible device for protecting pier, and the device consists of the structure of energy dissipation and the material of energy dissipation, Based on providing performance of device for protecting pier, such as the efficiency of energy dissipation and reduce the impact force,Around the subject of protecting pier, using theoretical research and experimental proof, deeply analyze the device of energy dissipation how to work when vehicle hits pier, and we should Show that the device is effective. The main research content as follows:1、To analyze the possible damage of bridge piers after impact, Better to know the requirements of bridge pier protection design; compare with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing pier protection technology, improve the design method of self protection device; To investigate the place where the bridge piers are prone to crash, and The impact of different energy levels that may exist in different accidents.2、A systematic study on the current energy dissipation structures and materials, Comparison of different mechanical responses of energy dissipation structures and materials under static pressure and impact conditions, Describes the mechanical properties and energy dissipation process of the pier protection device, By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different energy dissipation materials in the case of energy absorption, A series of materials absorbing energy with high efficiency can be obtained.3、In depth analysis of the impact process of bridge piers, Establish overall Thought of pier protection.
