A huge number of subway system will inevitably bring a lot of energy consumption.in the process of the energy consumption of air conditioning system as a metro vehicle operation after traction energy consumption of the energy sector, accounting for train running more than 30% of the total energy consumption. So the subway vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption will produce great economic benefit and social benefit.Affected by urban construction, modern subway line usually includes underground and the earth two parts. Thus, even though the metro vehicle operating range is not big, but its operating environment changes usually alternate; In addition, the capacity of subway train car than high-speed rail change significantly over time, the peak running time, huge energy consumption of air conditioning system.For the study of subway vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation method, this paper built a calculation program which based on the Visual Basic and can be used in the calculation of subway vehicle K value of car air conditioning load; Then according to the design of metro vehicle air conditioning system parameters, established the model of subway vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation based on AMESim, and use the relevant test data for the reliability of the calculation model is verified; Finally application of metro vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation model, established the subway vehicle single car air conditioning systems throughout the energy consumption calculation method, the whole line all metro vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation method, and throughout the whole year energy consumption calculation method of the metro vehicle air conditioning system.Research results show that the built metro vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation method, the metro vehicle air conditioning system energy consumption calculation method of the whole line all day and the air conditioning system for metro vehicle energy consumption calculation method can more accurately predict the corresponding metro trains under the condition of the energy consumption of air conditioning system. |
