In the field of industrial control, especially in motion control system, motor control technology is particularly important in order to achieve precise control of the position and velocity. In the future with the emergence of various kinds of micro controller, digital control become the mainstream of the motor, and a highly integrated, modularized hardware become the development trend. This topic will be put the DSP technology applied to the motor control, establishing motor control platform, designed the motor control platform. On this basis, take DSP controller as the core, established the hardware of a motor control platform, achieved the control of the single-stage rotary inverted pendulum and the high performance vector control of the Permanent magnet synchronous motor. This system can also provide effective theoretical and practical verification platform for other kinds of motors control instead of the above. On the basis of achieving the above two kinds of motor control, made a research on Matlab simulation about speed sensorless control of PMSM, built simulink models based on model reference adaptive method, and laid the foundation for the implement of the speed sensorless control on the motor control platform for the future.The paper first introduces the development of motor control, designed the hardware system based on DSP2812 controller, including the driver board, control board, power module, and the signal processing module, etc. Secondly, wrote the corresponding software for the inverted pendulum system and vector control system of PMSM, including the module of ADC current sampling and speed detection, the calculation of current loop and speed loop, PWM output etc. From the measured data and waveform indicated that the system can achieve anticipated goal and met the control requirements basically.Finally made a research about sensorless control of PMSM based on Matlab, through the derivation of current model, according to the Popov’s theory of super stability, obtained the adaptive rate of the motor speed. Built simulink models based on model reference adaptive method, the simulation results show that the method is effective, and laid the foundation for the implement of the speed sensorless control on DSP2812 for the future.
