Nowadays,due to the shortage of resources and the need of environmental protection,and based on the "double carbon" goal of the national two sessions,energy conservation and emission reduction have become a more and more important theme of the times,and the operation of motor is a large energy consumer.How to improve the efficiency of motor to reduce energy consumption is a problem we need to pay attention to.With the development of motor technology,interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)is widely used in various industries because of its many advantages in power density,weight and volume,speed regulation range and so on.Due to the asymmetric magnetic circuit of IPMSM rotor and salient pole effect,the reluctance torque can be fully utilized according to the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control,so as to improve the torque output capacity of the motor and the overall efficiency of the system.The motor parameters may change during the operation of the motor.This paper studies the MTPA control algorithm of IPMSM and the accurate identification of motor parameters.Firstly,the basic construction principle and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor are described,and then the MTPA control strategy using high frequency injection method and analytical formula method is deeply studied.Based on the high-frequency injection method,a high-frequency auxiliary signal is added to the system,and then the control vector angle of MTPA is obtained by detecting and decomposing its response signal,so as to determine the output quadrature-direct axis current.The structure of the high-frequency signal injection method is complex,and the control vector angle obtained by the high-frequency signal injection method has errors.However,the MTPA control strategy based on the analytical formula method,which is relatively simple in structure,is vulnerable to changes in its own or external conditions,resulting in changes in electrical parameters and reduced control accuracy.Aiming at this problem,this paper combines model reference adaptive control(MRAC)to accurately identify the quadrature-direct axis inductance and permanent magnet flux linkage of IPMSM,which greatly improves the output efficiency of the whole system.In this paper,IPMSM system based on analytical formula MTPA control and permanent magnet synchronous motor MTPA control system based on parameter identification are built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out on the control system platform with TMS320F28335 as the main control chip,which further proves that MRAS is feasible to improve the performance of MTPA control in the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor system.
