| Accompany with the growth of economy and the happening of extreme climate, the flood disaster is inevitable growing. To reduce the influence from floods, flood control construction is more necessary than ever. This report will base on the analysis of potential mountain geological disaster zone of Huairou Beijing and the farmers moving project in a hash living condition area named Bohai suburb. Combining with the basic data collected from Sancha small watershed and hydro meteorological, also the current design plan, the establishment of hydrodynamic module and NAM module coupling model by Mike11 model on Sancha small watershed will be set in this report. The model will be used as a method to analyze and argue the influence of floods to the construction project in Sancha small watershed. At the same time, a comprehensive analysis of floods protection and measures will be provided in this report. Here are the main conclusions.(1) The area discussed in the report is a 20-year standard, meeting the requirements of Huairou Flood Protection Plan Report and National Flood Standard. In the absence of the hydrological monitoring data of the study area, This NAM model is based on the relevant experimental data of the study area and the peak flow inference formula method set to automatic rate. And the simulation result will be checked by the measured water level data in Huairou Flood Protection Plan Report. According to measured water level, we set the coefficient of roughness in Xiaohuangliang ditch, Shuiquan ditch and parts of the main ditch (moderately sensitive) is 0.003, and coefficient of roughness in control main ditch (highly sensitive) is 0.027. Compared with the Huairou Flood Protection Plan Report, the shapes of water surface and water level are basically acceptable, which we could draw the conclusion that the result of model simulation is trustable.(2) According to the water level calculation chart of flood areas in study zone, the water levels of all parts in Sancha suburb except No.8 are higher than Xiaohuangliang ditch and main ditch’s 20-year standard which are safe for the construction area.But No.8 Area is a low-lying construction area, so we suggest to replan the construction or build retaining structures like retaining walls or raise the elevation of land for construction.(3) Several suggestions are posed against the characters of mountain watershed flood, such as short and fast, unexpected and strong devastating. This report is trying to provide a scientific and comprehensive indemnification to the flood control for the Sancha small watershed farmers moving project. |
