Research On The Transfer Space Between Railway Passenger Station And Urban Public Bus Station

Aiming at the problems, the transfer efficiency is not high, the transfer of security exists risks, the quality of space environment is low and the lack of geographical features and cultural issues, exists between the railway station and city bus station traffic transfer in this paper, from the layout of the city bus station around the railway station and the organization of the pedestrian’s transfer flow, related research has been carried out in four aspects:To keep the following points as a consideration:the layout form of the railway station, the type of the bus station, the position relationship between the bus station and the railway station, the layout of the railway station around the bus station are classified, and analyzes the factors that influence the layout of bus station and characteristics of different bus layout.From the perspective of transfer path, analysis the composition and type of node space in the transfer path, classify the pedestrian’s transfer line according to different transfer paths, and analysis the traffic accessibility of pedestrian’s transfer line from the angle of traffic transfer distance, time, convenience, security and so on.Selected Beijing North Railway Station as a case study, the investigation and research is being done related three aspects between the railway station and the bus station:the transfer efficiency, the transfer safety and the space experience. To analysis and summarize the current transfer problems existing in Beijing North Railway Station.Based on the actual case, improving the transfer space of old railway station and the bus transfer planning of new railway station, to put forward some improvement strategies and methods from improving the efficiency of transit, ensuring safe and convenient, rich space experience and so on. It has positive practical significance that in improving the space of bus transit in our country’s railway station.
