Granular material Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) automatic quantitative filling system is a kind of packaging equipment which used to automatic quantitative filling the FIBC with granular materials according to the requirement, and has a wide application in food, chemical industry, etc. In this paper, through analysis of the working process of the system, combining with the characteristics of the performance of the existing system, then puts forward what functions the system should have. Finally, design the safety, simple, and high degree of automation weighing underneath type of granular material FIBC automatic quantitative filling system, and create a 3D model using Pro/Engineer.System mainly consists of the feeding mechanism, the weighing mechanism, the pressing bag mechanism and the hang bag mechanism. The feeding mechanism is door type, simple, reliable and easy adjustment, can take coarse and accurate feeding automatically and keep good filling accuracy. Underneath type weighing mechanism is used to support the underside fo FIBC to weigh the granular material in the bag. And it is equipped with lifting mechanism at the same time, can automatically upward movement during filling to support the FIBC, also can automatically drop off after the filling is completed so as to transport the bag. Automatic pressing bag mechanism can be controlled automatically to press FIBC feed port on the guide cylinder, in order to prevent the inlet drop out, and, after complete filling, it can automatically release the pressure. Using hooks can automatically flip 90 degrees outside turn over to hang FIBC Bag lug to prevent FIBC stacked together, and can automatically decouple after filling is completed. The hang bag mechanism and guide cylinder and the pressing bag mechanism is support by weighing tray through inside bracket, so as to not directly contact with the feeding mechanism, thus reducing the impact of confounding factors to weighing accuracy..Using discrete element method by PFC3D software simulate and calculate the impact force of the weighing tray from granular material, and using ANSYS/WORKBENCH software to take dynamic and static mechanics analysis of the weighing tray, thus got its modal characteristics and the rated load under the action of stress and strain, etc..And also analyzes the dynamic response under the impact of transient dynamics. All the analysis results show that the structure design is reliabile. Force ansysis the lifting mechanism is taken to determine the driving force meet require, and take it’s static strucre anlysis use ANSYS. Using discrete element method by PFC3D software simulate and calculate the force of material door suffer from granular material, then analyze the results and make sure the driving force can meet the demand. Studied the factors that affect system packaging precision and speed, puts forward some effective measures for increasing packing accuracy, elaborated on the system time delay and the prediction of air materials and selecting the optimal two-stage feeding switch point. Design based on PLC control system, the control system can automaticallies control the executing agency action based on the weight of the signal and the system sets up.
