This paper is to study and implement the control system of high voltage pulse ignition device, the purpose is to further improve and optimize the high voltage pluse ignition device, improve the automation level of the device, and further highlight the human-computer interaction function.This paper introduces the mechanism of high voltage ignition and high voltage ignition and principle of FBT in device, analyzes the relationship between the high voltage coil of several sizes and inductance, coil number and efficiency analysis, the calculation method of the coil energy and number of turns, and the establishes of mathematical model, analysizes several important issues on the FBT in mathematics. And the paper introduces the working process of the control system of high voltage pulse ignition device,proposes the general principle map of the design of the control system of the voltage pulse ignition device. From a macro perspective, the structure, composition and function of the control system are introduced. This paper describes the function and the display interface and the keyboard control of the control system.In the design of the control system of high voltage pulse ignition device, the paper mainly divides into the hardware and software. Hardware design, including the design of the core board and the function board. The core board refers to the FPGA minimum system module of the control system, its function is to complete the function of receiving dada from the function board sending, processing data and send data to the function board. Board function mainly includes power module, keyboard and display module, a trigger-circuit module, the energy regulator module, external TTL signal input and output module, it achieves human-computer interaction, energy value output and receiving an external TTL signal and send outwards TTL signal, sending a trigger signal. In the design of software,according to FPGA software design principles and the ignition device control system structure of the hardware circuit, high voltage pulse ignition device control system software design main points for processing data/control module, keyboard module, LCD display module, the energy value of the module.This paper selecting the top and bottom of the design method, and the design method completely accords with the design idea of designer, from the functional description to the physical realization.The test platform of the high voltage pulse ignition device control system is set up to verify the feasibility and reliability of the system. In physical experiment platform, control various functions of high voltage pulse ignition device are tested.Under different working modes, setting the parameters, such as value, time delay and frequency, with the digital oscilloscope on ignition device control system output and monitoring, such as energy value and trigger pulse, TTL signal output. In the process of the program and the later period of the system debugging, found several aspects of the problem, and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problem.
