| The venting and flare stack system is a special burning device that deals with the in-recyclable toxic gas during the industrial processing; an important measure that make sure the safe working environment and the reduction of the environmental pollution as well. There are some existed problems in the present high voltage electronic ignition system and the ground deflagration ignition system, which are being of these problems of short endurance, low successful ignition rate and high maintenance. In order to solve those problems, this paper is mainly about putting forward a new approach based on high frequency induction heating system. This design contains several details as follow:First of all, in order to solve the harmonic wave pollution that the uncontrollable ratification gives to the power grid, active power factor correction (PFC) technology is selected to increase the power factor of this ignition system. A comparison is made to analyze the power factor correction (PFC) circuit with Buck topology, Boost topology and Buck-boost topology; interleaving Boost PFC topology is selected as the key circuit of the Rectifier system in this paper and calculate the proper parameters of the storage capacitor and filtering induction. Taking advantage of the automatic current sharing technology, the power factor correction circuit works in parallel automatic current sharing pattern, in which enhance the adaptive ability of the whole system. Then further researches on single inverter, half-bridge inverter, and full-bridge is proceeded and selection on full-bridge as the inverting unit of this paper. And SG3525 is the control IC of the system with protection and power modulation function.Secondly, for solving the voltage wasting caused by the equivalent induction of the transmission line and the spark plug, match load analysis is done. Mathematical model is set up, Having proved its correction by the finite element analysis software. Further researches on LLC match load and comparison of the transformer are done; the problem of energy wasting in the long distance power transportation caused the equivalent induction in the grid and spark plug is solved successful, as well as the isolation protection and transformer match load with advantage secondary resonance are finished with implementation in the real system.Finally, simulation for the venting and flare stack system through professional power supplier simulation software was done and produced a sample one. According to the long and short distance test with this sample machine, the original design idea is proved to be correct. The result shows that it can ignite the gas with 100% successfully within 5s. It can solve those problems of short endurance, low successful ignition rate, and high maintenance at root. |
