With the rapid development of domestic urban construction, land development and utilization of space can not meet people’s travel needs, the development of underground traffic engineering is imminent. In the underground tunnel project, the construction by shield formations adaptability, speed, safety, construction quality advantages, the status of subway construction is becoming increasingly important. But inevitably shield construction on surrounding rock tunnel generated disturbances, causing varying degrees of soil deformation and surface subsidence, adversely affects the surface structure. When the local settlement table is too large, it would threaten the normal use of the surrounding buildings, cause serious economic losses and social impacts. Therefore, mastering the characteristics of the shield tunnel construction and the mechanism of soil disturbance to draw a conclusion of that the laws of surface subsidence and the influence of different base building, it will prevent the harm to shield construction effectively.Taking Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 Lot 12 West Station Street Station- Station Road tunnel construction project as the example, wearing civilian buildings from the point of view under the shield, engineering analyzes measured data, statistical parameters for each shield surface subsidence impact. By using the finite element software ABAQUS to establish three-dimensional model of shield excavation, considered the synergistic effect of shield segment unit, and other units on behalf of the layer of soil unit, analyzed the results of field monitoring data and simulation results and obtained the simulated settlement results were similar with the measured curve trend, indicating that the model succeeded. Finally, contrast and analyze the different settlement conditions simulated data, on the ideal condition for construction quality, the settlement building result is the minimum; when wires excavated synchronous, the buildings have the largest settlement and deformation; according to the conclusions of earlier chapters, it can reflect the predicted settlement excavation of the left line is feasible, and it reflects the large amount of settlement measurement points, and give theoretical guidance to shield the left hand lane construction.
