Research On Seismic Performance Of Rocking Coupled Wall Structure With Profile Steel Dampers

Beam of the rocking coupled wall structure is the first line of the seismic line,under the action of earthquake will first yield.This paper added the diamond hole H-beam dampers in rocking coupled wall structure in order to investigate the effect of the damper.In this paper, the diamond hole H-beam damper is studied. Through numerical simulation analysis with ABAQUS finite element software the well-performed hysteretic properties of the damper is verified. And put forward the calculation formula of the damper initial stiffness, yield force and yield moment, with a portion of the damper performance table for inspection. The damper is simulated by connecting unit in the ABAQUS,the results show that the model has good fitting degree, simple form,easy modeling, greatly reduce the computation time characteristics.Dynamic time history analysis is perpectively used on a 12 layer frame structure,rocking coupled wall with concrete beam structure and rocking coupled wall with diamond hole H-steel structure. And through different results of working condition show that the diamond hole H-beam damper in rocking coupled wall structure achieves the requirement of rocking coupled wall structure`s damper: frequent earthquake yield, basic earthquake dissipation, strong earthquake change; the diamond hole H-beam damper average and reduce the structure interlayer acceleration,average interlayer displacement angle, top displacement of structure; make rocking coupled wall structure has better seismic performance. Provide a reference for further study of the rocking coupled wall structure and the diamond hole H-beam damper.
