In order to improve the aerodynamic and control performance of the cruise missile,the eddy current characteristics are changed by adjusting the local shape by installing a microbubble actuator on the cruise missile wing.Microbubble actuator array technology is used to provide a new direction for controlling the flight of cruise missiles.This paper simulates the aerodynamic and dynamic characteristics of cruise missiles installed in different positions and numbers of micro-bubbles(1)Based on the boundary layer theory,the basic principle of the micro-bubble array to realize the pneumatic control of the cruise missile is analyzed.The silicone rubber is selected as the material of the micro-bubbles,and the bubble deformation of the micro-bubble actuator bubble film is studied.Disturbance process.(2)A three-dimensional model of the microbubble array cruise missile is constructed,using a normal aerodynamic layout and a symmetrical rudder.The influence of the different size microbubble actuators on the flow field around the airfoil and the actuation effect are analyzed.It is determined that the microbubbles are located at the leading edge of the wing and the radius is 10mm,which is beneficial to improve the aerodynamic characteristics of the airfoil.The aerodynamic characteristics of the cruise missile flying in different positions and numbers of microbubbles are studied The law of lift coefficient,drag coefficient,pitching moment coefficient,yaw moment coefficient and rolling moment coefficient with angle of attack and Mach number are obtained.The pressure cloud and pressure distribution curves of the missile and airfoil sections are analyzed.The microbubble actuator can be used to separate the airflow to improve the lift,reduce the drag and increase the stall angle of attack.(3)The dynamic model based on microbubble cruise missile is constructed,and the dynamic characteristics of the cruiser controlled by microbubble are analyzed.Based on the rigid ballistic equations of the projectile,combined with the aerodynamic characteristics of the cruise missile,the Adams dynamic simulation platform was used to simulate the flight of the outer ballistics of the cruise missile.The range and the height of the cruise missile under different angles of incidence and initial velocity were analyzed.The influence of different states of microbubbles on the dynamic characteristics of the cruise missile is obtained.
