Train’s performance of vibration is an important work in study on new pattern rail vehicles and procedure of detection. With the acceleration of the train’s speed, acquiring train’s vibration data and sperling index detecting and recording abnormal data immediately, are the insurance of safe operation and maintenance of rail vehicles. A development of rail vehicle vibration measuring system based on ARM pointing of the current lack of a rail vehicle vibration measuring system function in this paper. The rail vehicles’vibration measuring system is divided into two parts i.e. signal collecting system based on K60 and terminal software based on Android.This paper designed the signal collecting system by using MK60FX512VLQ15 microcontroller as the control core. K60 simplified the hardware structure of the system and increased the integration of the system by establishing communication with the digital triaxial accelerometer LIS3LV02DQ via SPI to get the acceleration data. Recording the vibration data into TF card or sending the vibration data to the intelligent satellite navigation based on Android system via bluetooth embedded module correspond to working in wagon module or the passenger train module. Signal collecting system’s hardware design includes K60 minimum system, power supply module, bluetooth sending module and data storage module. The PCB is designed based on all the modules mentioned above. Signal acquisition system’s software is designed through IAR compiler with SPI, ART and SDHC module accomplished vibrational data’s collection, sending and recording respectively.For collecting GPS information in obturating car body this paper choosing intelligent satellite navigation based on Android as information processing platform by field test. Choosing MVC pattern design terminal software based on Android and builting Eclipse development platform to write terminal software with layout file as view layer, function module as model layer and interface as control layer respectively. Intelligent satellite navigation receive a three-way vibration data via bluetooth to calculate engineering unit conversion and sperling index. Then it could display vibration waveform, maximum acceleration, sperling index, current velocity at real-time and record the data into SD card.Finally accomplished the debug test which includes hardware and software debugging of rail vehicle vibration measuring system solely and jointly, and data’s integrity and accuracy is ensured by amelioration of bluetooth communication terminal software code After system calibration and post-test it showed:the basic function of rail vehicle vibration measuring system have been realized and the system’s sperling index could reflect the vibration performance of the rail vehicle.
