Articulated dump truck is a kind of non-road transport equipment which is designed for harsh weather and complex road. Its front frame is linked with rear frame by articulated device, front frame and rear frame are rotated relative to the articulated device under the control of steering cylinders, so that the vehicle has a smaller turning radius and wider adaptability.Hydraulic system is an important system of articulated dump truck. Lifting and steering performance affects the production efficiency and traffic safety of the vehicle directly. So,there is important theoretical significance and engineering application value for articulated dump truck to study the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic lifting system and hydraulic steering system.In this paper, based on the hydraulic lifting system and hydraulic steering system of 60t articulated dump truck designed by a company. Hydraulic lifting system consists of the lifting cylinders, lifting control valves and source of oil, a hydraulic lifting system model was built in AMESim software,in the model,a cylinder load force was loaded to simulate the impact of goods dumping while lifting to the lifting cylinders.On this basis, the main conditions of the hydraulic lifting system were simulated and analyzed,researching the dynamic performance of the lifting cylinders and lifting pressure in the process of lifting.Steering system uses a flow amplification full-hydraulic steering system,which is severely affected by the steering gear and flow amplifier. According to the actual structure and operating principle of the steering gear and flow amplifier,modeling and simulation were performed in AMESim. Combined with the insitu steering load model of articulated dump truck, the flow amplification full-hydraulic steering system model was established to research on the flow of key elements in system, the vehicle of steering cylinders and steering angular velocity were analyzed in detail.The hydraulic steering system of articulated dump truck is a complex mechanical-hydraulic coupling system. In the operation of the vehicle mechanical system and hydraulic system interaction,it will be more accurate to study hydraulic steering system performance combined with vehicle dynamics.Therefore, the AMESim/SIMPACK/Simulink mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation model of 60t articulated dump truck hydraulic steering system was established.The straight road driving co-simulation was performed to research on the influence of vehicle state parameters change on hydraulic steering system performance, and comparative analysis the steering performance of truck driving on straight road and C-class roughness pavement.Compared with the traditional research methods, the co-simulation study considering the influence of road conditions can reflect the working performance of the hydraulic steering system preferably.The research results can provide a method for the design of articulated dump truck hydraulic lifting system and hydraulic steering system.
