Study On The Design Of The “Slows Office Space” With The Multi-layer Composite

With the development of modern science and technology and the application of Internet technology, the efficiency of work is improved and the pace of life is also accelerated. The development of science and technology brings convenience for our life and wrong guidance to people’s thoughts and ideas as well. Office space design is a typical representative. Now the requirements of the office space design is highlighted on how to improve the working efficiency of the staff and promoting the efficiency of work has become a priority. Careful analysis of these requirements shows that the thoughts and ideas are just produced under the background of success orientation. This way of work and life should not be state for office staff. Therefore, it is required to solve the current problems based on the understanding of concept of office “slow space”."Slow office space" concept originates from "slow city". "Slow city" concept originally advocates a leisurely life and to return to the original state. The concept is introduced into office space with its content being expanded to a certain degree. Office space is a place where the pursuit of efficiency is dominating, so in this paper, the meaning of "slow space" refers to guiding the office staff to return to a healthy state through the creation of a suitable spatial spirit, with the anxious mood being abandoned and a positive attitude of efficient processing of work being advocated.The multi-layer composite concept comes from the concept of systematic science. It is the extension of application of systematic science in architectural space. As a modern scientific methodology, systematic science is a great theoretical achievement in twentieth Century. It provides a new and powerful ideological weapon for people to understand the world and transform it as well. Since it was generated, the systematic science has been widely used in many disciplines with many breakthrough results being made. Building space is a complex system, so it is effective to carry out study if the systematic science is adopted as a theoretical tool.All in all, there are relevant theoretical basis and logical relationship if the multi-layer composite theory is adopted to analyze the "slow space". The theoretical innovation of this paper is that the various branches of systematic science are not corresponded to the architecture mechanically. But it connects architectural phenomenon with human perception from the perspective of architectural phenomenon generated by architectural space with Gestalt psychology as the supplement so as to carry out analysis of the office space of all layers systematically and scientifically. After analyzing the reasons for the different psychological influence given different space forms and the reasons for the generation of "slow space", it puts forward the design principles and objectives according to the office of "slow space" concept so as to reconcile the dual relationship between the individual members and the working efficiency in the office with the office space as the “intermediary”. What is more, it puts forward the design strategies from the perspective of static dimensionality, dynamic dimensionality and logic dimensionality so as to achieve the target of concept of "slow space" in office.The Shandong environmental protection industrial base is suitable for the practice of the idea of "slow space" because of its orientation and the nature of work. After introducing the overall planning of Shandong environmental protection industrial base, office building shape design, building design of each functional district and the environment design of the interior space within the building, this paper expounds how the office "slow space" concept is integrated into the office space design. The aim is to create a new office space which will make the working efficiency of staff on the premise of guaranteeing their health.Finally, this paper summarizes the design concept and thinking process of the office "slow space" and the put forward the corresponding suggestions for the design and research of the "slow space".
