With the development of the power system, the substation is increasing. Serious environmental pollution, maintain the charging equipment cleaning is an important measure to prevent flashover. Water cleaning is the main cleaning method, which has the characteristic of high efficiency, high reliability. Water column is the main insulator of charged water washing, which is directly related to the high voltage equipment. The jet characteristics of water column have great influence on the characteristics of the washing and insulation. Study the characteristics of the water column, to obtain the best effect of water cleaning and ensure the safety of operation. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the characteristics of the water column.In this paper, the jet of water column is the research object, researching the jet parameters and performance by CFD. Analyze the influence of different nozzle diameter, jet pressure, jet target distance, the insulator shape, the angle of jet and wind on the jet parameter. And the correctness of the simulation is verified by experiment.(1) According to the jet characteristics of the water column and the insulator condition of the transformer substation, the nozzle parameters are selected. According to the principle of the hydraulic pump station system, design water cleaning pump system, and select the key element, build a complete model of the pumping station.(2) According to the nozzle, the external flow field simulation model is established. Three-dimensional simulations of different diameter nozzles, jet pressure and jet length is carried out. Analyze the characteristics of different external flow field. The results show that the dynamic pressure plateau jet of water is maintained at between (1800-2000) d. Effective cleaning distance and corresponding blow force formula is obtained. The effects of jet pressure, nozzle diameter and jet distance on the effective cleaning area are analyzed. Analyze the influence of jet pressure, the diameter of nozzle and the jet distance on the effective cleaning area, the results show that there is the second element between the effective cleaning area with the diameter of nozzle and the jet pressure. There is an active jet target distance, a distance greater than the jet when the jet target distance, the effective cleaning area decreases rapidly. There is an active jet target distance, when the distance is greater than the jet target distance, the effective cleaning area decreases rapidly.(3) Analyze the influence of insulator of different shape on the jet column, the result is that the different shapes have no effect on the characteristics of water jet, striking force are basically the same. Analyze the influence of different jet angles on the jet parameters, and the optimum jet angle is 30 degrees. Analyze the influence of wind on the jet flow field, and the result is that the water washing operation should be stopped when the wind grade is over four.(4) The correctness of the simulation model is verified by comparing the test results with the simulation results. |
