| Hot washing with uninterrupted power supply, good cleaning effect, high efficiency, strong ability to handle bursts, low cost and many advantages, is an effective measure to prevent pollution flashover of power system. At present, hot washing of 220kV and below power transformation equipment has generally carried out in Guangdong and other regions, but not widely being used on the transmission line. There are tower terrain being complex, efficiency of a small amount of water washing being not high, water distance of the large amount of water washing being limited and other problems. This paper carried out researchs on water jet dynamics, water column characteristics of the hot washing, methods of insulator washing of transmission lines and complete sets of equipment of hot washing, having important theoretical and practical significance.In the dynamic characteristics of water jet and nozzle of the hot washing, according to the theory of turbulent jet Reynolds equations, this paper carried out numerical simulation of two phase flow of water jet and gas, and obtained the water jet diameter and axis velocity distributions and functions of water jet distance. From the point view of the law of conservation of energy, this paper deduced the Bernoulli equation on the nozzle, studied the relationship between the complex kinetic parameters, calculated the influence of main structure parameters of the nozzle, such as shrinkage angle, length to diameter ratio and draft tube on the distribution of velocity field of jet, and proposed the optimization nozzle structure.In the pipeline and pump dynamics of hot washing, this paper carried out the water pipe pressure loss and the local pressure loss theory research, put forward to strengthen the charged water flushing pipe using a high hard plastic and calculation formula of the pressure loss of the high pressure soft tube. This paper studied the relationship between plunger pump, centrifugal pump pressure, flow, power, speed and other dynamic characteristic parameters, proposed the optimized mix between dynamic parameters and parameters of each element of transmission line hot washing system. A series of engineering curves on the basis of these solved the difficult selection of equipment.In the column properties of hot washing, this paper put forward the concept of the effective length of the column, deduced the calculation formula of column effective length and calculation method considering the energy consumption characteristics of nozzle, explained the different nozzle in the project and the effective length of the column under different conditions being of huge difference. This paper carried out the theory study, calculation and experiment of strike force of water column, achieved quantitative strike force of the hot washing on power transmission lines, and recommended suitable parameters of hot washing for 110~500kV transmission line.In the transmission line hot washing method, the system carried out 48 cases of hot washing test on the 110kV,220 kV,500 kV transmission line, compared leakage current waveform characteristics and efficiency of cleaning under different washing methods, analyzed the security of different washing methods, and recommended the practical hot washing method in the transmission line engineering.In the transmission line hot washing device development, this paper surveyed the terrain parameters of a 110~500kV transmission line tower of the Pearl River Delta, as the basis for the design of the transmission line hot washing device. The maximum horizontal level of operating distance can reach 300m and the maximum vertical working height can reach 180m. Device has strong terrain adaptability and mechanized operations can be efficiently carried out on transmission lines. It plays a huge social and economic benefits in the 110~500kV transmission line tower emergency deal with insulator creepage, "lighting" phenomenon, avoiding blackout and the pollution flashover accident. |
