All along, fire prevention and control is the arduous task of human beings. Building components' fire-resistant properties and the carrying capacity is a key problem in the field of structural engineering. In this paper, electro-hydraulic servo loading system spplied on large columnar component fire resistance test equipment is studied. By researching on the nonlinear nature and complicated disturb of the system, the system's mathematical model is established and simulated. Then combined with conventional PID control strategies and intelligent control technology, fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed.The algorithm is discussed in detail. The simulation and experimental studies show that the control strategy is robust and good control. The paper's main content:In chapter 1, firstly introduce the importance of the research on the fire-resistant properties of building components, discuss the technology of electro-hydraulic servo loading system. Finally bring forward the significance of the project and the research content.In chapter 2, detail the structure of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system spplied on large columnar component fire resistance test equipment, including the hydraulic system and control system ,complete design of the system and selection of key components, lay the foundation for the establishment of model to further.In chapter 3, by theoretical analysis and derivation of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system, establish the linear and non-linear mathematical model of the plunger-cylinder valve-controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading system, through simulation analysis, show that the study of nonlinear and intelligent control strategy is necessary,analyse The load characteristics of the loading system in detail.In chapter 4, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, aimed at non-linear characteristics and complicated disturb of the system, design a nonlinear fuzzy adaptive PID controller applicable to electro-hydraulic servo loading system, and achieve the control algorithms in the PLC, simulation analysis and experimental studies showed that the Fuzzy adaptive PID controller is better robust and have better control result than conventional PID.In chapter 5, complete of the system software design, including the PC and PLC communications procedures and host computer interface design.In chapter 6, sum up the whole paper, and explain some objects need to be further researched in order to guide the next step work.
