Research On Design Of The Campus Activities Center

With the construction of colleges and universities in China to accelerate the pace of construction in China’s colleges and universities, an important type of space-the student activities center also paid attention to constantly, but as a participated in club activities organized by the student run activities center, construction of our country college studentsstill exist deficiencies. Facilities fall behind, monotonous space, single function and so on, these are the modern college students with a variety of activities do not match, can not support the school student activities,will communicate with each other on the students’ learning affect. How to make the activities of the centre facilities perfect, activities rich in content, space design of college student center is very important, this is also the author of the problem to be solved.Although the domestic and foreign research results of university activitycenter has many, but most of these studies is provided for analysis ofbuilding activity centre, little research on the interior design. This article first analyses the behavior of college students in our country, andcarries on the investigation and Study on the present situation of the university activity center in China, and interior design in the active center of the derived design method. In this paper, the design practice of project for student activity center of Southwest Jiao Tong University,through the analysis of the research and summarizes the design method of interior design, as a reference for college student center, so as to promote the healthy development of College Students’activities.
