Cardiovascular disease is leading killer of human health. It helps a lot if we can diagnosis Cardiovascular disease earlier. Auscultation for patient’s heart is an effective means for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, as heart sounds signal contains a large number of pathological information about cardiac function state. For traditional heart sound auscultation depends on personal experiences of medical personnel in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, it is not objective and scientific, and limited by its structure and its less functions. In conclusion, all these disadvantages of traditional stethoscope promotes the development and progress of electronic and digital heart sound stethoscope.In order to design a good performance, reliable, useful and beautiful heart sound sensor tip, work of research from the several following aspects have been completed:Firstly, a prototype of a wearable heart sound acquisition sensor tip have been designed in this article with the advantage of mechanism of heart sound and principle of electronic stethoscope.Research and analysis on structure of heart sound acquisition sensor tip have been completed by the method static simulation analysis and experimental verification, which included analyzing and designing on support mode for piezoelectric heart sound sensor, parameters of piezoelectric heart sound sensor’s structure, and other subsidiary structure.An experiment system was set up for the heart sound sensor tip designed in this article, which contained designing pre-amplifier stage, high-pass filter, low-pass filter, power frequency notch, and main amplifier for hardware system of the experimental system. And work of designing software system of this experimental system was also recommended in this article.Preliminary verification and identification work to the heart sound acquisition sensor tip we designed was completed in this article through the experiment system, which included comparing performance at amplitude, envelope curve,time between S1 and S2 of heart sound signal acquired by the heart sound sensor tip and original piezoelectric heart sound sensor. Furthermore, using TSD108 as a standard reference instrument, performance quality at amplitude, envelope curve, time between S1 and S2 of heart sound signal acquired by the heart sound sensor tip was tested and assessed in the following passage.At last, weaknesses and shortcomings of the heart sound sensor tip which mentioned above was analyzed and described, and its improvement and development in the future was discussed, too.
