Auscultation plays an important role in clinical practice as an act of listening to body sounds for diagnostic purposes, because of the convenient and cost check low has been very widely used. With the development of Electronic Information Technology, acoustic stethoscopes have developed into electronic stethoscopes. This kind of stethoscope improves some defects of traditional stethoscope such as noise disturbing, low recognition of weak sound. At the same time, combined with digital processing technology, we can make a quantitative analysis of heart sound. The developing of Android intelligent mobile phone platform provides a good foundation for the combination of the stethoscope and mobile terminal.Nowadays most of electronic stethoscopes integrated the processing system in the receiver of the stethoscope, and the analysis software is separated in personal computer, this will bring extra expands of devices and may make the operation more complicated. In this thesis, in order to reduce device costs we would like to explore a new design of electric stethoscope based on Android platform. Also through the digital signal processing technology of computer-aided diagnosis, reduce the requirements of professional knowledge, make the electronic stethoscope is more convenient in use and carry. Considering the characters of Android platform and the demands of electric stethoscope, firstly establish an information channel for the stethoscope system and the handset using Bluetooth protocol, then sample the heart sound data dynamic base on the screen resolving power, And the use of wav lossless compression format to save the data. Heart sound analysis is one of the focus of this paper, the denoising threshold denoising algorithm based on wavelet denoising of sound data, using the Hilbert transform to heart sound data and according to the time-domain envelope extraction feature location phase of the first heart sound and second heart sound. Then calculate sound characteristic parameters of the heart using the first heart sound and the second heart sound information. At last, this paper uses Android Sqlite database to build sound information management system for users.The realization of the electronic stethoscope has the following advantages: wireless ear tube reduce the dependence of diagnosis distance, reduce the difficulty of auscultation and the requirements of professional skills, structure and persistent heart sound data characteristics to facilitate data mining. This has positive significance to the popularity of electronic stethoscope and the improving of medical services.
