There are huge data during welding testing, such as test equipment, welding materials, welding process and test results, also the fatigue property, residual stress property, etc. It is necessary to introduce the database technology to manage the welding data. Use database technology not only can obtain welding material information and performance data, but also can query and compare data, and the accumulation of basic data can also support material performance prediction.In this paper, study the welding test preparation, welding process parameters, welding equipment, welding fatigue data, welding residual stress data. Analysis and consider how to manage these data, design and implement a high speed railway welding property basis database based via internet. Based on system objective, function and performance to analysis requirements. Use B/S architecture to develop the database with Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate technology. According to the requirement analysis, the database is created according to the method and theory of database design. Design modules such as login, data management, data query, and access control management, and so on. Automatically import data by formatted Excel template.Using the B/S system, user can manage or query welding data via Internet Explorer, resolve the data share problem. By using different layers to design system function, keep the data access between these layers, make maintains of system easier. Consider the confidentiality and safety of the welding test data, this system use RBAC (Role Based Access Control) to control the accessibility to the data. |
