Angular contact ball bearings due to the load-bearing characteristics itself has, as the rotation of the mechanical system support components, which is widely applied to various occasions at a high speed. High-speed bearing is one of the main failure form of bearing operation instability, therefore, it is very important for the design of the cage. Research and practice show that the high speed angular contact ball bearing because the instability of the cage lead to most of control moment gyro failure in the process of operation. Therefore, working on high speed angular contact ball bearing, studying dynamic behavior and analyzing the stability of the cage is geared to the needs of the working condition of bearing structure optimization, maintains the stability of the essential research subject under the background of the dynamic characteristic analysis.In this subject, based on dynamics analysis of rolling bearings, the combination of bearing contact, elastohydrodynamic lubrication, friction and so on related theory, comprehensively analyses the angular contact ball bearing role relationship between each element and bearing dynamics differential equation. The ADAMS software is used to work on the secondary development about Angular contact ball bearing dynamic module. The custom subroutine which written in Fortran language bearing between different components will compile the generated dynamic link library file (*. DLL) with ADAMS/Solver links. Thus it realizes the dynamic simulation of high-speed angular contact ball bearing.In a certain type of angular contact ball bearing, the cages are consideration respectively of square hole and round circular hole. The bearing analysis of the structural parameters of the bearing in order to relate parameters with the bearing dynamic characteristics. Analysis results show:1. Increasing of axial load and rotating speed which increases cage with the average friction moment of outer ring guide, is advantageous to the stability of the cage, but it can increase the cage with the average friction moment of outer ring guide; The circular hole cage which maintains stability is better than square hole when the axial load is smaller, but The square hole cage which maintains stability is sightly opposite when the axial load is bigger; The square hole cage which maintains stability is better than circular hole when the speed is smaller. The instability of two kinds of the cages are consistent basically when the speed is bigger.2. The increase of the radial load leads to the decrease of the stability of two kinds of cage, but it can decrease the cage with the average friction moment of outer ring guide; The circular cage pocket hole stability is a slightly better than that the square hole.3. With the increase of clearance ratio, both the instability of cage is enlarged; When the instability of two kinds of the cage is consistent basically when the clearance ratio is less than l,the stability of square hole is peer than the circular hole. But the square hole cage which maintains stability is sicker than circular hole when the clearance ratio is greater than 1, the square hole cage with the average lubrication friction moment of outer ring guide is on the rise, but the average impact friction torque is opposite.4. With the increase of groove curvature, the square hole and circular hole instability cages regularity are reduced first, then increased; The instability of two kinds of cage is the minimum; On this topic, the change of outside groove curvature of the effect on the stability of the cage is bigger than inner groove curvature. Considering the groove curvature within a certain range, when f. equal to 0.54 and f0 equal to 0.54.5. Under any of the same conditions, the square hole cage between with outside race guide below average friction torque is less than the circular hole’s, but the average lubrication friction torque is opposite; The average impact friction torque changes significantly greater than lubrication friction torque.
