The car multifunctional rear-view mirrors have become one of the most important products on the car rear loading market. The common multifunctional rear-view mirrors are mainly armed with car navigation, driving records and antiglare lenses so that to be a simple but a very functional product. This thesis designs a product which is integrated with the function of bluetooth OBU, driving record, navigation and antiglare lenses by considering the stability, economy, convenience and public’s demand. At the same time, thesis establishes a set of ETC air recharge system and real time traffic information and navigation system are to provide the owners with a more convenient service. The main works of this thesis are as follows:(1)The comprehensive demand of the multifunctional rear-view mirrors is analyzed, which includes the function of bluetooth OBU, driving record, navigation, real time traffic information system and antiglare lens. Moreover, the entire design scheme of these mirrors is proposed.(2)On the hardware level, we divided it into several function modules, such as OBU, Android platform hardware, antiglare lenses module etc. Thesis analyzes the MCU module, the security control module, RF transceiver module, card selection module and the bluetooth module of the OBU. Comparing to the other installed module platforms, the hardware platform based on Android system is selected. And on this basis we complete the design and selection of the antiglare lenses module.(3)On the software level, this thesis researches the ETC card recharge system and a real time traffic information and navigation system. Firstly, thesis completes the overall framework and technology system process design for the ETC card recharge system. Then, security technology and the key algorithms are researched. Finally, the designs of the CA chain and application process are proposed. Real time traffic information system sets up a vehicle service platform for owners, such as maps, weather, voice cloud and internet platform, which can help the owner to get the traffic information, breaking news, navigation and road side assistant services easily. The function of multifunctional rear-view mirrors is verified by the test of the android platform, the bluetooth OBU, driving record, real time traffic navigation and ETC air charge. It can meet the driver’s habits and the demand for multi-functional equipment on internet.Through the examine on the android platform, the bluetooth OBU, driving record, real time traffic navigation, ETC air charge has gone in examination, it has proved the achievable multifunctional mirror can satisfy the drivers driving habits and the needs for multifunctional equipment on the internets.
