Urban wetland parks are important ecological infrastructures in the city. At present, urban wetland parks are constructed widely in China, but in the practice, we are always absence of scientific and effective controlling index to control the construction, thus leading the construction has been in a blind state. Based on theoretical research and practice research of national urban wetland park of our country, this paper is trying to build control index system of urban wetland park, and discussing the value of control index, in order to provide references for the future construction of urban wetland park.Firstly, the paper studies the concept of urban wetland park, summarizes the connotation and characteristics of urban wetland park; then discusses the common problems such as lacking of design orientation, over-designed and so on. To solve this problems, the paper puts forward the necessity and significance of controlling index for urban wetland park; Secondly, The paper makes in-depth analysis on the effect factors related to controlling the construction of urban wetland park, and takes some control index of similar control detailed planning as a reference; It works out four basic principles which are scientific, pertinency, operability and non-compatibility to guidance the construction of index system, and puts forward four aspects which are ecological protection, landscape construction, behavior, and artificial facilities as the point of contact, and also, proposes 13 types of control indexes, which includes wetland protection, vegetation and animal protection control, road landscape control, architecture and humanistic landscape control, traffic activity and zoning control, facility type control, facility scale control, facility layout control, and the rainwater collection system control, to control the construction. Thirdly, based on the field survey and literature research of 53 national urban wetland parks, the paper applies the selected control index to case study, and combines with the current situation and use of evaluation, makes a deep exposition for every control element. Giving a quantitative determination to those control indexs which can be quantified and giving adaptive strategies to those control indexs which cannot be quantified. Finally, the paper summarizes the refining quantitative results and adaptive strategies on the research of urban wetland park controlling indexes study.
