| In order to avoid severe damages caused by natural or man-made fires, forest fire vehicles, as main fire-fighting equipment, have a good supply and demand patterns and production capabilities. In recent years, with the increasing vehicle rollover accidents, forest fire vehicles which working on the rough roads, have important practical significance on the research of rollover stability as well as the improvement of vehicle performance. What’s more, the application of forest fire vehicles is one of the important safeguard for vehicle security. This paper sets the light forest fire vehicles as the research object, analyze the rollover stability of forest fire vehicles.Setting up the calculation model according to the research methods and fire vehicle body interior parts centroid position, the calculated model of static and dynamic of several cases corresponding to the theoretical value, discussing the different configuration tilting turning angle difference, at the same time, according to the national standard for the static rollover test, draw a left leaning angle tests for 25.3 degrees, right deviation angles of testing for 25.2 degrees. Then get the overturning limit angle through the static simulation of simplified forest fire vehicles and analogue simulation of fishhook test.By comparing the error analysis of theoretical calculation, vehicle test, and static simulation, the author concludes that this forest fire vehicle model established is correct and the fully loaded vehicle rollover angle with higher static test risk. The conclusion of this paper can not only give suggestions for modification of related laws and regulations of vehicle in the future but also provide a basis for forest fire vehicles design. |
