In recent years, with the rapid development of motor control technology, brushless DC motor because of its high power factor, simple structure, convenient operation and other advantages, in industrial control and automotive etc. The brushless DC motor system is considered as a nonlinear system composed of a number of state variables. In a certain range of parameters and external input, the brushless DC motor can show complex chaotic behavior or limit cycle. Chaotic behavior is regarded as a kind of special form of motion in nonlinear dynamics, which is both universal and extremely complex. Brushless DC motor often produce irregular chaotic behavior, outstanding performance for the electromag-netic noise of the system of irregular, and can not be a stable control of motor function, this kind of phenomenon the motor itself and on the safety work brought huge risk. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the development of high performance motor, it is very important to analyze and study the nonlinear analysis and research of the brushless DC motor in the perspective of chaos.Firstly, briefly described the development so far, the definition of chaos and chaotic circuit application of chaos, at home and abroad of Brushless DC motor nonlinear chaos research. At this stage brushless DC motor is the chaotic behavior status quo is the role. Then in the brushless DC motor structure based on ontology, matrix analysis form the three-phase voltage balance equation, then according to the A,B,C three-phase stator coordinate and two-phase rotating coordinate transformation, derived mathematical model in synchronous rotating d-q coordinate system of the brushless DC motor, again by linear affine transformation and the time scale transformation method to establish two kinds of transformation contains only two stiffness parameters of Brushless DC motor chaos model, finally using the phase trajectory and each state variable time sequence diagram, intuitive observation to the chaos of the index of lyapunov, bifurcation diagram, Poincare map chaotic characteristic index analysis of chaos the characteristics of the brushless DC motor, brushless DC motor has been proved extremely rich chaotic characteristics.Secondly, in order to overcome the chaotic behavior of the brushless DC motor in operation, the two different control algorithms are adopted, which are the state delayed feedback control, dynamic sliding mode control and dynamic sliding mode control. Just adaptive delay feedback respectively adopts single control delay feedback control and multi control variable delay feedback control of two kinds of control algorithms and compare their effects control of Brushless DC motor is in a state of chaotic motion. The simulation results prove that control variable delay feedback control to join, sensitive response, quick access to a steady state. Dynamic sliding mode variable structure control, using the reaching law method, in a certain extent improve the buffeting phenomenon exists in the system, obtain the better control effect, showed very good robustness.Finally, based on the chaos model of the brushless DC motor, zoom in and out of each state variable of the conversion, conversion is a nonlinear circuit, in Multisim Simulation Software to build brushless DC motor nonlinear chaotic analog circuits, by adjusting the parameters to observe the curve generated by the system under different parameters; finally, build brushless DC Motor Chaos hardware electronic components, circuit were observed in physical reality circuit chaos curve, again to verify the rich nonlinear chaotic characteristics of Brushless DC motor.
