Research On The Management And Control Of Construction Change Process In Aerospace Industry Workshop Building

Firstly, this paper through four case ofaerospace industryto illustrate the common problems in the evaluation of engineering change and the impact on the overall cost, and then through the analysis of the core factors to change the internal control process, and finally optimizethe bidding document preparation, the contract and adjust the contract terms.I have been in charge of the whole life cycle of 11 projects in the last seven years.
