With the energy issues, environmental pollution problems highlighted, pure electric and hybrid power and other new energy vehicles are developing rapidly, and its electronic equipment is also common than the ordinary car. This makes the risk of aging and performance degradation of the new energy automotive electrical components in the temperature, humidity, vibration substantial increase. Thus, the importance of environmental testing of new energy automotive electric component is even more prominent.On the basis of grasping the theory knowledge of analysis of random signal, generation and random control of shaking table, the general scheme of the new energy vehicle components comprehensive environmental test system is determined by the demand analysis, which contains the vibration simulation system development and the development of integrated test system of new energy auto parts. Vibration simulation system supports theory and pre-test for the new energy automotive components comprehensive environmental test system.In this paper, the hardware of the vibration simulation system is set up and debugged, the software of upper based on LabVIEW realizes the real time control of the shaking table. It is not only research the vibration control technology in particular power spectral density of random signal production principle, spectrum equalization and power spectrum density estimation deeply, but also alternative vibration controller with ordinary computer and host computer software to achieve the realization of a certain power spectrum, and the cost is greatly reduced. The random control performance of the vibration simulation system is verified by experiments, and the results show that the control precision is good. The vibration acceleration of new energy vehicles with specific speed in the general urban road was analyzed, get the vibration acceleration power spectral density and replicates on the vibration simulation system, the repetition effect is good. To lay the foundation for the future comprehensive environmental test method based on uneven road excitation vibration.The hardware selection, construction and adjustment of the new energy vehicle components comprehensive environmental test system are completed. Development of the host computer software can achieve data records, online analysis and offline analysis and other functions, Temperature, humidity, and sinusoidal vibration test and temperature, humidity, random vibration test for comprehensive test system new energy auto parts are carried. The test results verify that the new energy automotive components comprehensive environmental testing system can realize the function of the system, which has good stability and reliability.
