Acceleration measurement technology has important application in the fields of inertial navigation and gravity measurement. How to improve the precision of acceleration measurement has also been the research focus. The underwater hovering of submarine is to keep its fixed depth at zero speed. The precision of micro acceleration measurement is one of critical factors that affects the accuracy of underwater hovering. Based on the research status of high precision acceleration measurement system, many aspects are redesigned to further improve the measurement precision of micro acceleration. The main research contents include:1. According to the needs of practical engineering application, the research status of the motion acceleration measurement system is analyzed. The defects affecting the precision of the system are:the amplifying gain of the analog circuit limiting the measurement resolution of small acceleration signal, the high target temperature of temperature control system affecting the performance of sensors and measurement circuit. The corresponding improvement schemes are put forward.2. The acceleration signal conditioning analog circuit is improved. According to the requirement of the measurement of weak acceleration signal, the measurement resolution of micro motion acceleration signal is improved by removing the input bias, enhancing the gain of micro signal, compressing the gain of big signal.3. The design of temperature control system is improved. In order to reduce the working temperature of the system, a temperature control system based on the compressor is designed, which provides a good working environment for the sensors and the measuring circuit. It can work in both the cooling mode and the heating mode and the environment adaptability of the system is improved. On the basis of this, the temperature control precision of the analog circuit is improved, and the measurement error caused by the temperature change is further reduced.Finally, some experiments are conducted through the designed experimental prototype. The experiment results are expected. The methods of improving the precision of the acceleration measurement system are effective.
