| Temperature contects with every aspect of human life closely, and it is one of the most important physical quantities generally measured and controlled in the industrial and agricultural production, scientific experiments and daily life. It has an important meaning, measuring and controlling the temperature accurately, for industrial and agricultural production and scientific research. In some special process, such as the spacecraft orbiting process, due to the environmental temperature change drastically, the research on temperature measurement precision in their internal the payload set-point is more necessary.On designing the temperature measurement system, this article mainly explains from the hardware and software that two parts:Firstly, in the part of hardware, K type thermocouple has been choosen as the main temperature sensor, which has wide range, stable performance, strong antioxidant sex. And two-stage gate is designed circuit to measure 16 points. Thermal resistance is taken as auxiliary temperature sensor, which has high precision in low temperature range, to realize the cold end temperature precise compensation. AD7710 is taken as A/D transformational component, which is from the American company ANALOG DEVICE, to realize filter, amplification and modulus conversion for Thermocouple signals. C8051F500 chip of Silicon Lab company is taken as the main control chip, and the CAN controller inner is employed to communicate with others.Secondly, in part of software, PID neural network and Matlab have been used as modeling and simulation tools, improving the measurement accuracy of the thermocouples. The labview of NI company has been used as PC interface, while the measurement data and process are visual.In a word, the purpose of gaining and dealing with temprature signal of wide range and high precision has been realized, and this system has very strong application value in industrial production. |
