The development of aviation motor is a very important component in aviation industry, whether the motor work well or not determines the success or failure of aviating and combating expectation. In order to enable the air motor can be operated safe,stable and reliable at long time, the technical development of aviation electrical test equipment should also keep up the pace to meet the need of technical, so as to reach any kinds of setting indicators. It is clear that the aviation electrical testing equipment will inevitably become the focus of future study.The air motor oil source testing system, as this paper introduced, is the one that testing the heat dissipating performance and heat resistant performance of air motor after simulating the continuously running at actual situation. Automation and intelligence are the main features of the system, which mainly reflected in the automate control testing,automate procession monitoring, automate acquiring the testing data and waveform displaying, automatically printing test reports and so on.This paper designs the air motor oil system at three parts, hardware design, driver software design and double-end display device interface design. The hardware master chip uses the STM32F103RBT6, which has low cost, abundant peripherals, low power consumption and stable performance, and it fully meets the system requirements. During the running, the control equipment collected 4~20m A current signal, which outputs through 7-channel sensors. After analog-digital conversion and least squares linear data processing and median filtering, then upload via RS485 communication to the dual-side display device for real-time display. Double-end display module can also control the heater and pump by sending commands to control device.The design mainly completes the hardware design of aviation motor oil source testing systems, software design and double-end display device interface design, and achieves the basic requirements of the system through simulating the system.
