| The combined aggregate concrete is a transitional concrete which is developed from common concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete. It is to replace the gravel with coarse aggregate lightweight aggregate portion, so as to achieve reduce the structural weight, changing the mechanical properties of concrete requirements. It compared with ordinary concrete it has light weight, low modulus of elasticity; Compared with the lightweight aggregate concrete, it has high specific strength and modulus of elasticity, and smaller shrinkage deformation and creep. In the large span Bridges, high-rise buildings, and Marine engineering construction have a good economic benefits. At present, there are a few research on the combined aggregate concrete in China. In this paper, bond behavior between combined aggregate concrete and steel bar was studied.(1) Based on regression experiment method and "Ordinary concrete mechanical performance test method standards"(GB50081-2002), the test is designed, and 18 sets of aggregate combined concrete block are made.(2) By experiment, the relative displacement of the loading end and free end of the steel bar, internal strain of steel bar, and bond strength are get. Which can help research the effect of bond strength and bond strength with different water cement ratio and lightweight aggregate volume fraction.(3)By experiment, the test research the influence of the internal stress along the anchorage length distribution of the reinforcing steel bar with different water cement ratio and lightweight aggregate volume fraction.(4) On the basis of the experiment, the relationship formula of bond strength and compressive strength between deformed steel bar and combined aggregate concrete is given. Which can make a contrastive study with the other research findings of scholars at home and abroad. |
