| Ceramsite has excellent performance, such as low density, high cylinder pressurestrength, high porosity, good frost resistance and outstanding resistancetoalkali-aggregate reaction. Especially because of the low density, internal porous,uniformmorphology, a certain intensity and strong, thusceramsite has light weight,corrosion-resistant, antifreeze, seismic, well insulated and other multi-functionalcharacteristics.Ceramsite concrete is different from the characteristics of normalaggregate concrete in mix proportion, workability, mechanismperformanceanddurability performance. But this kind of lightweight ceramsite concrete has poortoughness than ordinary concrete, and the poor toughness limit its development. Thelightweight aggregate concrete mixed with steel fiber will significantly improve thetensile strength, bending strength, crack resistance performance and fatigue resistanceperformance. This article will research on the influence factors of bond properties ofsteel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete and reinforcing steel bar. Themain work is as follows:1.Pull-out specimens with steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concreteand plain bars were made for studying bondbehaviorsand influencing factors.Theplain bar has nosignificant differences on shape.The result shows that:Thebondperformance ofsteel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concreteis superior to steelfiber reinforced mechanism sand lightweightconcrete. Steel fiber content of steel fiberreinforced lightweight aggregate concrete has no influence on the bond strength.Thebond performance ofsteel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete with plainbar is relevantto concrete components, roughness of bar surface and many otherfactors.2.Pull-out specimens with steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concreteand ribbed steel bars were made for studying bondbehaviorsand influencing factors.The result shows that:The bond strength ofsteel fiber reinforced lightweightaggregate concrete with ribbed steel bars will increase along the increase ofsteel fibercontent and concrete strength. Fine aggregate by sand mechanism of steel fiberreinforced lightweight aggregate concrete,the compressive strength of steel fiberreinforced mechanism sand lightweightconcrete was improved, but the splittingtensile strength and the bond strength havenot too big change. As can be seen from thedamage form of specimens,coarse aggregate is weak. Thus improve the strength of thecoarse aggregate, bond strength increases. The determination of bond length should beaccord to the yield strength of steel and concrete ultimate bond stress. |
