National the Twelfth Five-Year Plan pointed out by highly integration modern advanced technology, the construction of smart distribution grids, Comprehensively improve the supply and distribution system operation control intelligence level. In this thesis, intelligent low-voltage power distribution safety monitoring system, the cause of the accident from beginning to monitor constantly discrimination signs and evolution, aimed at the accident nipped in the bud, to take preventive measures.Paper absorbs the research achievements of many intelligent power distribution system, still will be the parameters of traditional distribution system of the residual current, the temperature of cable as the main basis and reference environment parameters, such as humidity, temperature, and water level are cause for the leading factor of the distribution system of fire, leakage accident, imitate artificial discrimination and intelligent monitoring. The main contents include::1. Study programs constitute safety monitoring system, monitoring parameters include: leakage current, cable temperature, ambient temperature, humidity, water cables and other electrical and environmental parameters.2. Study the security level comprehensive evaluation strategy, system monitoring and processing of data analysis to determine the main system through comprehensive evaluation strategy for grid operation state comprehensive assessment, given processing level. Achieved by human judgment into intelligent decision.3. Design based configuration software MCGS simulation systems, including leakage monitoring subsystem, environmental monitoring subsystem, cable temperature monitoring subsystem. Achieve basic communication, computing, control functions.The conclusion of this paper shows that with an intelligent way can replace human inspection mode, the occurrence of leakage accidents defense distribution system and fire accidents, improve the reliability of power supply and distribution system. For the new development of intelligent power distribution system, new findings have certain reference.
