| With the systems of large equipment and weapons are more and more complicated, the requirement for intelligence have become increasingly demanding in fault diagnosis system. The integrated test system of electrical parameters as core subsystem of fault diagnosis expert system, provides quantitative analysis of electrical parameters in the fault diagnosis of large equipment and weapons for fault diagnosis expert system, and it's important for improving the fault diagnosis system and equipment performance analysis.In the fault diagnosis of one type of weapon system for the problems that the limitations and one-sidedness of a single electric parameter diagnosis, and high cost by using individual tester of electrical parameters and it's not conducive to system integration as well, according to the test indicators and characteristics of electrical parameters this paper forms a set of integrated test system of electrical parameters based on virtual instrument by main hardware including the PC, control panel, high voltage power supply, multiplexer control, etc.The system adopts the control panel module based on USB bus, and the multiplexer control module based on RS232 bus, through the control of virtual instrument, it forms the integrated test system of electrical parameters. According to different electric parameters characteristics and indicators, it achieves the integrated test of different electrical parameters by using the targeted test methods and corresponding software and hardware; this paper designs and makes high-voltage power supply module based on single-ended flyback topology, as the test power of voltage -current method of testing insulation resistance, depending on the test indicators and characteristics of current and voltage signals, hall sensors and partial pressure method are respectively used for test and acquisition; the design of system software is based on Labview and C languages, and it realizes multi-channel automatic test and acquisition of electrical parameters, and has functions of preservation, processing, analysis and display and printing, etc.Through calibration and test of each parameters, the test results meet the target requirements of system design, and also satisfy the needs of actual test. |
