By testing, this essay mainly studied the mechanical properties of self compacting recycled concrete suffered low temperature treatment after high temperature and cool down and the related data have been collected. The conclusions can provide technical parameters and theoretical guidance for safety assessment and maintenance of structure for the building of cold area in winter after fire. The research has important academic significance and practical application prospect. This paper mainly discusses the relationships among the changes of mechanical properties of self compacting recycled concrete and hot temperature, cooling methods and low temperature. The test conclusions are:(1) The changes of the cubic compression strength and the axial compressive strength of self compacting recycled concrete: the cubic compression strength and the axial compressive strength reduce with temperature rise; the cubic compression strength and the axial compressive strength of self compacting recycled concrete in natural cooling method is higher than the ones in spray cooling method; the cubic compression strength and the axial compressive strength of self compacting recycled concrete rise after low temperature treatment at different levels.(2) The changes of self compacting recycled concrete’s splitting tensile strength: the splitting tensile strength reduces with temperature rise; the splitting tensile strength of the concrete in natural cooling method is higher than the one in spray cooling method; the splitting tensile strength reduces after low temperature treatment.(3) The formulas of the relationships among the mechanical properties and temperature have been served about self compacting recycled concrete treated by low temperature after high temperature.
