Current static load test of foundation in Dalian as an example, the loading system in the process of handling needs to cooperate with large transport vehicles, energy consumption is not only high transport costs and has done a lot of pollution to the environment;Especially when testing site foundation bearing capacity is insufficient to support large hoisting equipment, rely on artificial alone and unable to complete the test equipment installation, in the test can only be suspended or even unable to complete. So the development of a convenient for transportation, installation, low carbon environmental protection of a new type of small tonnage static load test device is very necessary.In this paper, in order to reduce weight loading system as the starting point, first of all primary and secondary beams in steel design calculation, get a regular loading system; On the basis of the application of carbon fiber aluminum alloy material to the loading platform optimization design, and compared with metal structure design limit load constant and get the utmost reduce weight composite structure, the loading system components can be caused by the weight of the manual handling.
