With the rapid development of China’s high-speed rail, roadbed, high-rise buildings and other infrastructure, the engineering of pile foundation is also widely be applied, and mobile rotary drilling rig is used for engineering grouting pile foundation drilling equipment, because of its power, flexibility, strong adaptability to environment, high torque output, high drilling efficiency, now in the engineering construction the rate is getting higher and higher. Therefore, the research on vehicle rotary drilling rig is imminent. Especially the study of rotary drilling rig in the vehicle overall design and key components of the thorough enough, restricts the development of applicationvehicle drilling drilling rig.This text in the full investigation of the domestic and foreign research status and practical application, in-depth understanding and analysis of domestic and foreign main rotary digging drill technical features and technology trends, the proposed mobile rotary dig drilling machine’s overall design scheme, and details of main parts of the structure design. Then of rotary dig drill luffing mechanism analysis, luffing mechanism kinematics and dynamics analysis method to determine, using complex number vector equation method and the moving arm cylinder and drilling mast oil cylinder work these two conditions, establish the rotary digging drill’s luffing mechanism motion dynamics and vector equation model, the variation between the load and the position of the moving. To establish the three-dimensional model of vehicle rotary drilling rig using Solid Works 3D software, virtual prototype and the establishment of the luffing mechanism by using ADAMS software, the simulation analysis process. The moving arm cylinder and drilling mast oil cylinder work these two conditions for the dynamic simulation, the danger of each hinge point of the variation of the load. Finally, the simulation results were compared with the theoretical data, toverify the accuracy of the theoretical model.In this article, through the analysis and Research on the overall design of the vehicle rotary drilling rig and luffing mechanism, complete the vehicle rotary digging drilling machine overall design scheme of the main components and the structure design and the establishment of the luffing mechanism of the theoretical model, the dissertation proposes the analysis method, for future design and development of vehicle load of rotary drilling rig and provide a theoretical basis.
